Toy Story 3 (2010)

I told you kids to stay out of my butt!
So basically: Andy is getting ready to go to college and must decide what is going to happen to his childhood toys. In an unfortunate mix-up, the toys think he’s going to throw them out, so they hide away to go to Sunnyside Day Care. Woody, who is college-bound with Andy, knows about the mix-up and follows the rest to the day care to bring them back to Andy.

I cried a lot during this movie. Even on the second viewing. I also laughed a lot. It’s a rollercoaster of emotions watching this film, as much as that is a cliché. But, as someone who grew up loving Toy Story – and I know there are a lot of us – it was awesome seeing what happened to the toys!

It definitely better than the second one – how the hell did that end up on this list?? – but I still don’t think it’s as good as the first. So, yeah, it deserves to be on the list, but not this high.

Ziggi seal of approval!

  1. I agree wholly- I loved this movie- even though I nearly had a mental breakdown with that part with the melting trash heap..
I loved Spanish Buzz ... lol
First one needs to be on this list though instead.

  2. YES! I watched it by myself! It was terribly dramatic! Watch it with others :P
    Best character ever
    They're all on the list!

  3. Actually I think this was my favourite. I cried hysterically and laughed hysterically and it was a good ending to the series. It deserves it's place here.

Though I think Disney forgets it's child audience sometimes. I understand we all grew up but there are NEW children to watch this movie. And the fucking incinerator scene where they all essentially accepted death in togetherness was FUCKING TRAUMATIC.

Of course they were going to be rescued. BUT STILL!

  4. I honestly thought that they might have died. Just sayin'

  5. I have never get emotional in a animated movie though i love them, this one is emotional

agree with you, should be on list and not higher
